Old carpet. Closed walls. A kitchen that hadn't been touched in 40 years. We gutted it, opened the whole main floor, built a deck where a window used to be, and finished a full basement suite. Top to bottom, nothing was left untouched.

  • Exterior full pressure wash, repainted trim, windows, doors & carport
  • Full open-concept conversion: living room, kitchen & dining combined
  • Two-tone kitchen: white shakers + dark charcoal island, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink
  • Dining window converted to sliding patio door + new pressure-treated deck
